Welcome to Poo-Be-Gone! By accessing and using our website (ThePooBeGone.com) and our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Services
Poo-Be-Gone provides pet waste removal services to residential customers. Services include one-time cleanups, recurring weekly or biweekly cleanups, and additional pet waste-related services.
Service Limitations:
- We do not handle hazardous waste or materials.
- Yards must be accessible on scheduled service days. If we cannot access the yard due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or other obstructions, the service may be skipped without a refund.
2. Pricing & Payments
- Service pricing is not listed on the website. Customers will receive a quote before service begins.
- An initial cleanup fee applies for new recurring customers.
- One-Time Cleanups: Payment is due after service and must be made within 15 days of the service date.
- Recurring Services (Weekly/Biweekly): Customers are billed monthly and must have a valid card on file for automatic payments. Charges will be processed at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- Accepted payment methods: Online payments (credit/debit cards).
- Late Payments: If a payment fails, customers will have a 15-day grace period to update payment information. After this period, services may be suspended until payment is received.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Customers can cancel or reschedule service with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges.
- Recurring customers must cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
- Missed or skipped services due to access issues (e.g., locked gate, aggressive dog) are still billable and non-refundable.
- No refunds are issued for unused portions of prepaid services.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure access to the service area on scheduled days.
- All pets should be secured inside during service.
- Any hazards (holes, broken fences, aggressive animals, etc.) should be reported to us before service.
5. Liability
- Poo-Be-Gone is not responsible for damage to lawns, gardens, or property caused by normal service operations.
- While we strive for thorough cleaning, we do not guarantee 100% waste removal in heavily soiled yards or areas with tall grass, leaves, or snow.
- Customers agree that Poo-Be-Gone is not liable for pet illness due to yard conditions.
6. Privacy & Payment Security
- Customer payment information is securely stored and processed through a third-party payment provider. Poo-Be-Gone does not store or have direct access to card details.
- Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to process payments or as required by law.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
